We provide complete architectural design (including all technical solutions), altogether with all necessary permissions and approvals from the Government bodies. 

 

If needed, we also offer subsequent services and we can play the role of managing company that undertakes responsibility for project development, independent technical inspection during construction, observation of estimative documentations, accuracy and efficiency of construction materials usage. We also control and analyze other elements that may entail additional costs for the investors.
